1. Sub-Processors
HubSpot: Used to support conversations/chat, enrichment, contact management, form submissions, e-signature solution for deals, marketing automation, email marketing, customer support, website hosting, payment processing, deal management, and analytics.
Drift: Conversation & Chat Functionality
Google reCAPTCHA: Form submission spam prevention
Missive: Collaborative email functionality.
APIHub (Clearbit): Clearbit provides data enrichment on marketing leads. The transferred GDPR Personal Data typically relates to the following categories of data: email or IP addresses Customer has provided.
Clearbit is responsible for securing personal data against accidental or unlawful loss, access, or disclosure, identifying risks, and minimizing risks through assessment and regular testing.
Google Sheets: Spreadsheet management.
Google Analytics: Google Analytics collects identifying data about Abstract’s website visitors, including device information, web activity, and location information. Google is responsible for data protections such as encryption, implementing and reviewing security controls, physical and logical access control.
Google Search Console: Organic web search analytics.
Google Calendar: Calendar management.
Cron: Calendar management.
Sunsama: Calendar management.
Everhour: Time tracking.
Seamless.ai: Sales prospecting and deal management.
Intuit Quickbooks: Invoicing & Accounting
Asana: Productivity suite.
Scoro: Work management.
Process Street: Process management and quality assurance.
Airtable: Information management.
Webflow: Website hosting and content management system.
Looker: Business analytics.
OpenAI: Machine learning and text analytics.
Retool: Prototyping application development.
Stripe: Payment processing.
Guru: Knowledge base and professional development.
Notion: Knowledge warehouse and deliverable management.
Gong.io: Revenue intelligence.

2. Ardent Growth Affiliate Sub-Processors
To help Ardent Growth deliver the Subscription Service, we engage Ardent Growth Affiliates as Sub-Processors to assist with our data processing activities. By agreeing to the DPA, you agree all of these Sub-Processors may have access to Customer Data.
3. Updates to this Page
Due to the nature of our global business and our ongoing efforts to delight our customers, our business needs and services providers may change from time to time. For example, we may deprecate a service provider to consolidate and minimize our use of service providers. Similarly, we may add a service provider if we believe that doing so will enhance our ability to deliver our Subscription Service.
